About me

My name is Ruxandra Muresan, currently living in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, and working 100% remotely since 2020. 

I've dreamed to be an advisor, help others find the answers they are looking for, whether in personal life or at work, but without having to know all the technicalities.

I started my career working in IT, which for more than 12 years covered my passion for helping others. I experienced daily the insides of working in a corporation in many forms. I've gone through all: growth, success, becoming the expert, overtime, stress, burnout, many learnings. 

I discovered coaching. It allowed me to overcome burnout (more than once) and learning to balance work and... everything else.

Now, I am giving back my learnings by offering professional coaching services, and continuing my passion for helping others.
